A Seattle native, Marc Erickson grew up surrounded by a family of real estate investors and entrepreneurs.
He developed a taste for the game from an early age when he realized he liked the idea of flipping houses when he was just 7 years old. Marc started studying how to buy and finance Real Estate creatively in the mid 90's, and bought his 1st property in 98 with $500.00 cash and a creative structure. He never looked back.

After honing his sales skills across several industries, Marc became a top residential and portfolio lender. After the crash in 2008, he became an off-market acquisition specialist for one of the largest investor groups in the state. Since then, Marc helped found Green Canopy Homes, where he sourced, structured, and ran their first projects. He eventually helped them transition from being known as experts in the remodeling space, to becoming a leader in in-city infill development and new construction in Seattle and Portland. Marc has also applied his considerable skill sets to a wide range of real estate specializations, including off market acquisition, flips, major rehabs and new construction. He still works on special projects with the team at Green Canopy from time to time and still provides them opportunities.

When Marc left the day to day operations of Green Canopy homes he helped co-found Springboard to Wealth, whose mission is to create 1000 happy millionaires through real estate allowing them to escape the rat race and create a life of freedom, options, and choice. Springboard to Wealth teaches other Brokers, investors, and those interested in investing and working with builders and developers across the US (and Canada) how to use the strategies to create wealth and come from contribution. Springboard currently has 100’s of clients (many of whom are experienced agents) that want to learn the strategies and tactics to employ them in their business and personal life.

Today, Marc is the Principal in APEX - Allied Property Experts, a company focused on helping its clients real estate dreams become reality. Marc and the APEX team put their experience and expertise to work for their clients, whether buying or selling, to create the ideal outcomes for them. Their unique ability to use both traditional and non traditional methods and networks, combined with their service first attitude, topped off with their systems and APEX IMPACT processes combine to create great experiences and uncover amazing opportunities for their clients.

He founded APEX because he is passionate about adding an impact driven philosophy to business, and has a core belief that you can not really do good business if you are not doing good in your business. APEX strives to hit the sweet spot of conscious capitalism, making a positive societal impact, with a for profit business, and being a force for positive change and good in the lives of our clients, partners, and the world around us.

When he’s not doing real estate deals, Marc is most likely coaching one of his two son’s sports teams in the Kirkland area, snowboarding, golfing, fishing, or doing volunteer work with one of his favorite nonprofit organizations
